1. We get loud
Every month we come together at Awakening to celebrate all that Jesus has done for us, and it gets loud… VERY LOUD. We simply can’t help but get excited about the things of God.
Besides, whoever said church had to be quiet?
2. We get hyped
We dance, we jump, we sweat (some more than others), and we have FUN! Church should be enjoyed not endured. Rather than getting hyped over trends and fads that eventually leave us searching for the next “big” things to get excited about again – we get hyped about the things of God…which last forever.
“I know that all God does will last forever; there is no adding to it or taking from it. God works so that people will be in awe of Him.” [Ecclesiastes 3:14]
3. We worship hard
There really is nothing like the worship experience at Awakening. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or how much you think you know about church — When worship starts at Awakening Night, you can’t help but give it all you got.
Whether we’re jumping, shouting out the lyrics, or simply standing with our hands to the sky, what takes place during worship can only be described as “Freedom.” Every month we hear stories of young people’s lives being completely changed because of the worship. It truly is a game changer.
